About Libby

Libby is looking for a home where she can spend her days lounging and playing with toys! Libby is a shy girl that needs a patient foster/forever family that will allow her to acclimate to her new surroundings while engaging with her at a slow pace to encourage trust. When we first rescued Libby she feared everything and would hide most of the time. Now she does not hide and loves to play with a track ball toy that her foster mom has for her. She is food motivated and this has been extremely useful in gaining her trust. She is not a lap kitty and prefers watching from a distance but we are working on this also and have come such a long way with gaining trust.

This sweet gal would love to be part of a quiet home setting that would enable her time to adjust to change and that would give her a sense of security. She is good with other cats when properly introduced. She has not been around dogs or children therefore we do not know how she would react with either. If you are interested in Libby please submit an adoption application or consider fostering this sweet girl! Libby has been spayed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and micro-chipped.
